We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that we require the receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

You may return qualified items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Items purchased at an authorized The Prayer I Share retailer must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased. Refund amount will be minus $4.95 return shipping fee, and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days upon receipt if an item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing.
Replacement Policy:
Our bracelets are designed to be durable and withstand everyday life. However, if your bracelet breaks within 90 days of delivery due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
