Sometimes we think leadership starts when we're given a title.

But often, leadership begins long before anyone recognizes it.

It starts with faithfulness.
With obedience.
With being willing to say yes when God calls you forward.

Throughout scripture, God consistently chose people the world might have overlooked.

A shepherd boy.
A reluctant leader.
A young woman with a courageous heart.

What made them different wasn't their position.

It was their willingness.

Romans 9:17 says:

“I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display My power in you and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth.”

God has placed each of us in specific places for a reason.

Your classroom.
Your workplace.
Your team.
Your family.
Your community.

Leadership isn't about having the loudest voice in the room.

It's about reflecting God's character wherever He has planted you.

You don't have to wait until you're older, more experienced, or more qualified to make an impact.

You can encourage someone today.
Serve someone today.
Stand for what's right today.

Lead where you are.

Because influence isn't earned through a title.

It's built through daily faithfulness.

And when God raises someone up, it's never just for their benefit.

It's so others can see His power, His goodness, and His glory through their life.

Prayer

Lord, help me be faithful right where You have placed me. Teach me to lead with humility, courage, and love. Use my life to point others to You, and help me trust that You can work through me exactly where I am today. Amen.
